MSCL is seeking to fill the following positions:
Director of Technical Services

- Reports To: Managing Director
- Responsibilities: Overseeing the development, design, installation, and maintenance of watercraft systems, propulsion, and other technical equipment.
- Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Marine Engineering, Transport Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. Class 3 Certificate of Competency (COC) with Chief endorsement is advantageous.
- Experience: At least 12 years of relevant work experience, with 4 years in a managerial role.
- Employment Terms: Permanent and Pensionable
- Salary Scale: MSCS 11
Director of Safety and Maritime Transportation

- Reports To: Managing Director
- Responsibilities: Implementing safety regulations, overseeing health and environmental compliance, and managing maritime safety performance.
- Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Maritime Transportation, Nautical Science, Safety Management, Disaster Management, Environmental Management, Environmental Health, Public Health, Occupational Safety and Health, or equivalent. Class 3 Certificate of Competency (COC) with Master endorsement is advantageous.
- Experience: At least 12 years of relevant work experience, with 4 years in a managerial role.
- Employment Terms: Permanent and Pensionable
- Salary Scale: MSCS 11
Manager – Marine Engineering

- Reports To: Director of Technical Services
- Responsibilities: Managing the design, maintenance, and inspection of marine engineering systems and equipment.
- Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Marine Engineering or equivalent. Class 3 Certificate of Competency (COC) with Chief Endorsement.
- Experience: At least 8 years of relevant work experience, with senior position experience.

- Salary Scale: MSCS 10
Manager – Safety, Environment, and Protection

- Reports To: Director of Safety and Maritime Transportation
- Responsibilities: Coordinating maritime safety and environmental management, ensuring compliance with regulations, and overseeing safety inspections.
- Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Maritime Transportation, Nautical Science, Safety Management, or equivalent. Class 3 Certificate of Competency (COC) with Master Endorsement.
- Experience: At least 8 years of relevant work experience, with senior position experience.

- Salary Scale: MSCS 10
Branch Manager

- Reports To: Managing Director
- Responsibilities: Managing branch operations, overseeing financial activities, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Marketing, Transport Economics, Maritime Transportation, Marine Engineering, Port Management, Transport Management, Transport Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 8 years of relevant work experience, with senior position experience.

- Salary Scale: MSCS 10
