Within the Sales Department and in charge of the Togo/Benin Zone, your role will consist of promoting the GIS (Grid & Infrastructure Solutions) offer.
Responsibilities:
o Ensure commercial prospecting, preparation of offers, negotiation of contracts and monitoring of relationships with customers in the energy, telecoms and water sectors
o Provide information to Product Managers regarding customer needs and the location of our offers, to adapt the product policy if necessary.
o Be the interface with the engineering teams responsible for developing technical solutions.
o Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure debt collection.
Your profile:
With a higher education such as Engineering, Commerce or Legal, you have at least 10 years’ experience in a commercial role, mainly Large Accounts.
You have a good knowledge of the energy, telecoms and water sectors.
