This procedure entails:
- Visit the Up Student Portal Login Page at https://www1.up.ac.za/ and then select “NEW USER.”
- Provide your login (given to you for access to UP’s computerized systems) as well as your National Identification (ID) or Passport number to identify yourself.
- Select a password that passes the minimal security requirements.
- Choose at least three questions that are highly particular to yourself, and make the answers to those questions something you will never forget
