Paid Internship Position – Sales and Reservation Officer
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Drive customer acquisition and retention through effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Market Segment Identification: Identify and target key market segments to maximize business opportunities.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotional materials.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agencies, and partners.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Event Representation: Represent Fastlink Safaris at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Negotiation and Persuasion: Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Teamwork and Flexibility: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to travel as required.
- Education: Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
