National Housing Programme (NHP) Application for Nigerians Eligibility Criteria

1. Current Tax Clearance/Payment Slip: A most recent copy of your tax clearance certificate is required in .PDF format only.
2. Means of Identification (National I.D, Drivers licenses, International passport, Voter’s Card): A digital copy of your means of identification is required here. The following image formats are supported on the platform: .PNG, .JPEG
3. Letter of first appointment and Gazette of confirmation of appointment (for Public Servants)
4. Letter of recommendation from any Primary Mortgage Bank (for Mortgage Subscribers)
5. Evidence of 10% initial deposit (for Mortgage Subscribers).

How To Apply
