Macys’ HR section is divided into two sections, “Your HR Portal” and “Your HR Section”.

The two Macy HRs speak for their self. MyHR is a self service destination that allows you to solve any problems you may have with Macys My Insite login and Macys scheduling.

What does an Insite Macy’s employee mean?

Macy’s Insite is the official portal of Macy’s & Bloomingdale’s employees.

As mentioned above, the Macy’s employee site was created by Macy’s Human Resources for all employees at Macy’s. These sites can be used to search for Macy’s employee login, Macy’s ex-employee log, or MySchedule Plus log.

You will need to visit hr.macys.net/insite/common/logon.aspx to login to the official Insite Macy’s portal. This portal will allow you to access all the important information, including your schedules and any news related to your job.

How to sign up Macy’s Insight

To sign up quickly for Macy’s Official Employee Portal, follow the steps below.

  1. Visit www.employeeconnection.net,
  2. Click on My Insite when the page opens.
  3. Click Site-In.
  4. The portal will open. Click on Colleague Sign in or Former Colleague Login to access your “Your HR Portal”.
  5. To log in successfully, enter your 8-digit employee ID and network password.

Macys MyInsite Login

Two login options are available at Macy’s Insite. The first login option is available to current employees and is labelled “Colleague sign in”. Retired Macys employees who have been scheduled can use the second login option.

If your Macy’s appointment is still active, then you’ll need to log in via the Colleague Sign In. Employees who have retired or had their appointment terminated with Macy’s will need to use the second login option, for former Mercy’s employees.

Login to Macy’s Colleague

If your appointment is still valid and you have been fired or retired, here’s how you can log in to your Macys account.

  1. Get an internet-enabled device such as a smartphone, PC or laptop and connect to WiFi, or another source of internet.
  2. Navigate to the Login Page at .macys.net
  3. Click on the button “Colleague Sign In” and locate it.
  4. Input your My-Insite employee ID (8-digit)
  5. Enter your “Network Password”
  6. Enter the numbers shown on the screen
  7. To access the account of your employee, click on “Login”.

After logging in successfully, you can now manage your profile, view Macys schedules, Macys benefits, and other account-related information.

Login Former Macy’s Colleague

You will need to use the Macys Former Colleague sign in if you are retired or your appointment has ended.

Here’s how to do it:-

  1. It is important to ensure that your device can connect to the Internet. A smartphone or a PC can be used to connect to a WiFi network.
  2. Using the browser on the device go to https://hr.macys.net/insite/common/logon.aspx
  3. Click “Former colleague login” under your HR.
  4. To login, enter the 8-digit Employee IDs you used previously
  5. Enter your account password. For login, you’ll need to reset your password if you forget it.
  6. Enter the number shown on the screen
  7. Log in

If the Macys employee link is still active, you’ll be taken to your old account.

Macy’s Employee Connect Schedule

After logging in successfully, here’s how you can view your Macy’s schedule online.

  1. Register for your Macys Employee Connection account
  2. Click on “My Data” tab
  3. Navigate through the various menu options
  4. Select the My Data tab
  5. To select a time or date, click the drop-down menu
  6. Macy’s schedule will be available.

Forgot your password? Lock and change it

You can change the password for your Macys Employee Connect account via the Macys password manager. If you’re interested, the steps below will help you.

  1. Via Go to the Macys login page
  2. Choose your Macys employee account connection (this applies for former colleagues sign-in and colleague sign in)
  3. Click forgot/Unlock/Change Password
  4. This will take to the Macys password manager.
  5. Provide your Macys 8-digit member login (as your username)
  6. Enter your Social Security Number (SSN) or the 4-digit number you received at hire to create your Personal Identification Number.
  7. Click the “Next” button
  8. Follow the instructions on screen to change or reset your password for Macys employee connections.

This guide will help you log in to the Macy Employee Portal.

  • Step 1: The first step is to go directly to the Macy’s Employee Connection Insite website: hr.macys.net/insite/common/logon.aspx.
  • Step 2: Click on “Colleague Login”. The Macy’s Insite employee login portal will open.
  • Step 3: Next, fill out Macy’s 8 Employee Identification.

This could be a difficult time for you. Once you have been employed at Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s, the 8-digit employee ID is generated.

If you are unable to get your ID, you’ll need to contact the Human Resources Department. Make sure you have your 8-digit employee ID. You must provide this information every time you log in to the portal.

Step 4: Enter the network password. You will receive the network password along with your 8-digit employee identification. This password is important as you will need it to log in.

How to use Macy’s MyInsite portal.

All Macy’s and Bloomingdale employees are welcome to Macy’s Insite. Users can access the live portal to view their schedules and paychecks.

  1. See your work schedule perweek.

  3. Change your vision, medical and dental coverage.
  4. Read the company’s news and visit the website.
  5. Check out your pay stubs.
  6. Information about Social Security, 401K, and tax changes
  7. View W2s & W4s.
  8. Employees have the ability to make changes to their contact information, including addresses and phone numbers.
  9. Employees can apply through insite for holiday and paid time off.
