Resubscribed to premium with different email address – cannot access account spotify

If you have subscribed to Spotify Premium with a different email address than the one you are currently using to log in, you will need to create a new account using the email address associated with your premium subscription.

To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Spotify app on your device and tap on the “Settings” icon (gear icon).
  2. Tap on the “Log out” button.
  3. Tap on the “Create a new account” button.
  4. Follow the prompts to create a new account using the email address associated with your premium subscription.
  5. Once you have created the new account, you will be able to access all of the premium features of Spotify.
