For those who passed prior to the listed period, they are advised to make the request for issuance of such Certificates as walk-in clients in any PRC Regional Office and Service Center near you.
This is to warn the public against dealing with individuals or entities claiming to be affiliated with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) or utilizing the names of its officials, personnel, and/or members of the PRC Boards, either by presenting forged calling cards and other identification cards, including the use of its official logos, for personal or financial gain, in order to facilitate and/or process the application and/or release of various PRC documents, or in p
The PRC operates in accordance with the procedures and processes outlined in its Citizens Charter. The PRC expressly disclaims any representations made by these unscrupulous individuals.
The public is hereby directed to report to the PRC ARTA Committee any individuals, entities, or groups representing, soliciting, or requesting money or any consideration in connection with PRC transactions or for facilitating PRC services, as well as any other similar activities.
Additionally, the transacting public is advised to consult the People’s Republic of China Citizen’s Charter for information on the requirements and timelines for the release of pertinent documents. The PRC Citizen’s Charter is prominently displayed on PRC property and on the PRC’s official website, www.prc.gov.ph.
The PRC will continue to take steps to safeguard the public against false information and forged documents provided by unauthorized individuals, groups, or entities.
CPD NOTICE
Professionals who are unable to comply with the required CPD credit units are ALLOWED to renew their Professional Identification Card (PIC) upon execution of an undertaking to complete the required CPD credit units to the next PIC Renewal.
This undertaking can be availed until December 31, 2022.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), the agency mandated to implement the regulatory laws and policies for the various regulated professions, is NOT involved in the production, sale, and distribution of review materials for the licensure examinations.
The public is thus advised that the PRC does not endorse or advertise review materials made available for the licensure examinations. It is also not connected or affiliated to sellers/ distributors of such review materials, particularly those that are situated close to the PRC office premises. Their proximity to the PRC premises does not guarantee the quality and credibility of the review materials being sold.
The PRC will continuously take measures to protect the public from false and misleading information, especially those concerning the licensure examinations.

ALL applicants for Accreditation of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Provider, Program, and Self-Directed Learning are hereby reminded to submit their APPLICATION with COMPLETE DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS in HARD and SOFT COPY (PDF format) pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 10 series of 2017 and Memorandum dated November 19, 2018.
PRC shall not accept any applications with incomplete requirements.
