The Universal Communications Service Access Fund (UCSAF) invites applications from competent and suitably qualified Public Servants who wish to transfer to various positions within our organization. UCSAF, established under the Universal Communications Service Access Act, Cap 422, is dedicated to ensuring that communication services are accessible to all regions of Tanzania, including economically unviable areas.
We facilitate access to telecommunication, ICT, postal, and broadcasting services, aiming to make communication a universal right for the entire population.
Transfer Vacancies
1. Engineer II
Entry Qualifications:
- Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields: Telecommunication and Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Network Engineering, or equivalent qualifications from recognized institutions.
- Must be registered by the Engineers Registration Board (ERB) as a Graduate Engineer.
2. Planning Officer II
Entry Qualifications:
- Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields: Economics, Statistics, Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness, Project Planning and Management, Development Economics, Development Finance, Investment Planning, Planning and Community Development, Population and Development Planning, Participatory Project and Management, or equivalent qualifications from recognized institutions.
3. Statistician II
Entry Qualifications:
- Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields: Statistics, Biostatistics, Biometry, Mathematics, or equivalent qualifications from recognized institutions.
4. Personal Secretary II
Entry Qualifications:
- Holder of Form IV or Form VI Certificate with passes in English and Kiswahili plus Diploma in Secretarial Studies.
- Must have passed Shorthand (English) and Hati Mkato (Kiswahili) at a speed of 80 words per minute.
- Must possess computer knowledge in MS Word, MS-Excel, Internet, Email, and MS-Publisher from a recognized institution.
