The results of the S1 posting will be made public between Wednesday, December 21 and Friday, December 23. Any of the following channels can be used to access the posting results:

Short Message Service (SMS) using a local cellphone number provided by the applicant throughout the application procedure; S1-IS utilizing the student’s birth certificate number / FIN and the S1 PIN; or
within the student’s elementary school.
As soon as students receive their S1 Posting Results, they are not required to report to their assigned secondary schools.
Following receipt of their posting results, students should consult the websites of their posted institutions for more information including the reporting requirements, the booklist, and the purchase of textbooks and uniforms.

On the same afternoon that the S1 Posting results are announced, the posted schools will send instructions to parents of the incoming S1 cohort who are registered with Parents Gateway (PG).
Students should inform their posted secondary school as soon as possible after receiving their posting results to confirm that they are taking up the place, so the school can reserve a spot for them.
This is especially important if students have valid reasons why they cannot report to their posted secondary school on the first day of classes in January 2023.
