He is taller than some fictional starships at 192 blocks (384 in Omega Form). Similar to a vanilla wither’s wither armor, he gains a shield when his health falls below half, shielding him from all projectile attacks and reducing damage by half.
This shield has dark lines running through it and a blazing blue light. In contrast to the vanilla wither, his eyes shine, displaying the strength he possesses.
Witherzilla does not have malevolent intentions, which is something that must be acknowledged. He represents and commands the natural powers of the Omniverse, and he has no ulterior motives of his own. He does not delight or love what he does, unlike other titans.
He destroys things in order to restore equilibrium to the universe because he perceives imbalance there. Witherzilla knows everything. To be omniscient is to be fully aware. Out of the two god titans, Witherzilla is the one with time power.

Lore
Along with his brother Frotheru, Regnator was the second being ever to be created in the “Omniverse.” A flaw in his code kept pushing him into the -10 mood level of Omnicidal, despite being given the order to protect the harmony of Creation.
Since of this, he made an attempt to destroy the Omniverse because he thought it was “unbalanced”. Even when they cooperated, none of the fictional gods could defeat him in battle, despite having sought for Countless Eons to cast him back out of Creation.
The best they could do was delay him, and ultimately Moon Alastair had to track down and enlist Frotheru’s assistance. Over the course of a week-long battle between the two incredibly strong brothers, Frotheru eventually used his Ominversal Implosion strike to render Regnator comatose, giving their father The Coder the opportunity to imprison him in the VOID Dimension.
He has been patiently waiting for something to enter his realm and aid in his liberation from the VOID Dimension ever since.
Behavior
Making it rain and destroying kings is what Witherzilla does best.
You will ultimately be your own worst enemy.

Witherzilla completely limits his power in the VOID Dimension to make the battle simpler for the player (and your pc).
Witherzilla will unleash his full might and strive to establish complete balance to your universe if a player spawns him in another realm, destroying reality (and probably DECIMATING your pc 2 seconds after destroying reality and crashing your PC like SERIOUSLY).
Witherzilla is nearly unbeatable if faced in a dimension other than the VOID Dimension. Attacking him still results in death within two seconds for players wearing Adminium Armor and using the Ultima Blade. Witherzilla immediately wipes out the player’s entire inventory if they have anything on them other than the Ultima Blade.
Using Saitama, Witherzilla uses cheaters as an example.
Witherzilla has a heart regeneration rate of 100 each tick (2000 hearts per second, or one mobzilla per second), fires a constant stream of wither skulls, and occasionally summons a giant wither skull. Any entity that Witherzilla starts to battle that is not a player or a titan is immediately destroyed.
When two Witherzillas are engaged in combat, the attacks will never stop (unless in the void, since your the one who could spawn another witherzilla, and that one would actually be using its full power)
Witherzilla is impervious to harm in a calm difficulty. Witherzilla will still murder the player right away because he doesn’t want to battle a coward, and there is nothing you can do to live.
Anti-Cheat System
The Anti-Cheat System will be activated if a player is seen fighting Witherzilla with any kind of cheat, super armor, or super weapon (Excluding the Infinity armor which is actually the BEST armor to fight him with). The player will be stripped of all of their gear, have the effects of any potions removed, and die instantly.
Phases
When in the VOID Dimension, Witherzilla alternates between three different states. He will skip all the phases and immediately begin using all of his skills if he is not in the VOID Dimension.
Witherzilla amuses himself by doing this. (And likely taking into account the fact that the void is already kind of a grey mush and that he wants to balance the Overworld rather than the VOID.)
Phase 1
When a player enters the VOID Dimension, Witherzilla is hovering at the coordinates 0, 200, 0. They must eliminate the Wither Turrets that will spawn there before the following phase can start.
Phase 2
As Witherzilla descends, his Wither Minions spawn beside him. When he eventually comes down, the fight starts, and he starts employing simple tactics to get the player. Players have to shoot at Witherzilla with bows because he is floating too high to combat with swords. The final stage starts once he is down to half health.
Phase 3
Witherzilla will morph into his Omega Form, making all forms of ammunition worthless against him. Players can use melee weapons to attack when he starts to descend. In order to defeat the player, Witherzilla now employs more potent attacks.
Defeat

When Witherzilla is defeated in the Void Dimension, he starts to whirl in the air and fall apart. His Titan Spirit will be freed and enter a randomly selected player after he vanishes, causing an exit portal to open with a max powered beacon glowing. He will scatter a lot of things around. In the Overworld, Witherzilla will reappear at any arbitrary location.
When a player defeats Witherzilla in a realm other than the Overworld, Witherzilla will reappear in the Overworld at a random coordinate and his Titan Spirit will enter that player.

After Witherzilla is vanquished in the Overworld, his Titan Spirit will soar into the air and vanish forever. As Witherzilla leaves your multidimension and enters another, this signals the end of his influence there.
Tips
The following advice will assist you in the fight.
Bring your most powerful weapons and many sets of Adminium armor to the battle.
Bring more Ultima Iron Golem titans into the battle with Growth Serum and Iron Golems, or attempt to summon an Ender Colossus into the fray since it is the only creature except you that can kill Witherzilla by dealing more than 2000 damage to it.
To avoid being harmed by homing wither skulls, bring some chaffs.
Bring as many things for protection and healing as you can.
Bring a NASA supercomputer so you can effectively battle Witherzilla and prevent your regular computer from exploding or crashing.
Don’t deceive.
Never summon every single titan in his dimension as it will cause the summon to become incredibly sluggish (and your pc will probably crash)
Bring your cloud pet to fly along with the ultima Blade and infinity chestplate.
To increase your chances of survival, you can bring your entire set of enchanted adminium armor.
