MTN Uganda One Network Area (ONA), The One Network Area, aka ONA, allows MTN customers to travel anywhere in Kenya, Rwanda, and South Sudan with their MTN number. Within the ONA Region, MTN customers are able to load airtime using the visited country’s recharge cards, receive calls for free.

On arrival
Simply switch on your phone and a domestic network will automatically be selected.
Once the network has been selected
Manually search for the specific partner network on your phone by selecting ‘settings’, then ‘phone settings’ followed by ‘network selection’ and then ‘manual selection’
