Application Fee
Application fee is non-refundable and should not be confused with payment for post-admission screening, which will be applied if you are offered provisional admission into the University. Eligibility
In order to be eligible for this scholarship program, you must:
- Be a Tanzanian citizen.
- Be in possession of a valid Nacte certificate.
- Have at least five credits
Fees Structure
- Tuition Fees: The tuition fee is payable to UDOM. It is charged annually at the time of admission and covers your academic, administrative and other costs incurred by the university during your study period.
- Library Fees: Library fees are charged for the use of library services including access to online databases, e-books and journals etc.
- Student Union Dues: This is payable if you join any Students’ Union (SU) in your faculty or department as a member during your studies at UDOM.
- Student Development Fees: These are paid by all registered students as per their respective Faculties & Departments and will be used for development of student clubs/associations on campus like Sports Club, Literary Club, Dramatic Society etc., Hostel Wardens Association (HWA), Cultural Week Committee (CWC), Environment Club, Health Education Departmental Committee etc., Co-Curricular Activities such as Sports Day/Mock Trials/Seminar Discussions/Debates/Interactive Lectures /Guest Lectures etc., Community Service Programmes like Blood Donation Camps /Free Eye Check Up Camps , Blood Donation Drives , Blood Transfusion Programs , Medical Camps .
- Medical Fee : This covers cost associated with medical care provided under University Hospital & Clinics (UHC) scheme which guarantees free treatment up to 100% reimbursement after deduction of initial deposit amount paid upon registration at UHC when accompanied by valid medical insurance card issued by insurance company(s). Students who do not have valid medical insurance will be required to pay an additional amount equivalent to 20% of actual treatment cost which shall later be reimbursed upon submission of valid medical insurance policy cover letter issued after completing treatment at UHC; however this fee will not cover any pre-existing conditions priorly diagnosed nor any non-life threatening injuries or illnesses contracted while travelling abroad except those treated under International Student Travel Insurance Scheme (ISTIS).

- Go to udom.edu.ng and click on “ONLINE APPLICATION.”
- Click on “APPLY ONLINE NOW” and enter your credentials when prompted.
- After you are in, click on search button and type your course code, department name or faculty name then click GO button to view available courses you can apply for at Udome.
- Select one of your choices by clicking Apply Now button. Note that before applying for any course it is important that you fill all the fields; if they are not filled properly then your application will be rejected at stage two of processing (where online screening takes place). For example: If your name is “Oluwadamilare Oluwatosin Adeyemi” but only typed Olusola Adeyemi then during scanning some information will be lost or not captured properly which may lead to rejection of application at this stage of processing\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 .
Registration Procedure
- You need to follow the instructions given on the page.

- A candidate with three (3) O’Level passes including English Language and Mathematics is also acceptable.
