  • I used the SAPO MVL online system. Purchased on the 03 February 2022. I have not received the license. There is no contact number. I raised numerous queries on the online system – “they are still getting back to me”. I do not recommend this online system. The local post office cannot assist as well.

  • I have exactly the same experience. Paid R1176 for 2 vehicles and have received a WhatsApp thank you for our application and acknowledgement of payment. but nothing further. Have left 2 messages on their online Contact Us page which have been acknowlged but no response. We asked for the disks to be deleivered to the Lynnwood Ridge Post Office and I went there on Saturday to follow up to find that Lynnwood Ridge Post Office is closed!!!

Have spent over 30 minutes holding on for a response on the SA Post Office Call Centre line to try to get more information without any luck. I am afraid I think we have made a sizeble donation to something non-existant!!!

    Very dissapointed!!!

  • I have signed up and processed the application. Reached the stage where I must pay and it says:

    “Error.
An error occurred while processing your request, Our support team has been notified about this error.
    Back to Home
    400 Error
We have experiance some issue in the system, a notification has been sent to the team.”
It has been a week now and no response. Also now past the due date.
