The team’s nickname is ‘The Arrows’ due to the logo of their sponsor, which has been called ‘the Red Arrow’ since it was launched in 2006.

Red Arrows FC were promoted from Division One North to Division One South after they won Group A on April 30th 2017, with a 3-1 win over Napsa Stars away from home at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium which saw them finish top of the log with 20 points from 13 matches (7 wins 5 draws).

 

Before this, they won promotion back into Division 1 after winning promotion play offs against Kafue Celtic who finished second behind them during regular season..
