Tanzanian professional football team Young Africans Sports Club, usually known as Yanga, has its home stadium in Jangwani, Dar es Salaam. Benjamin Mkapa Stadium serves as the venue for the club’s home games, which were first played there in 1935.
The team, known as “Yanga” (Young Boys), has participated in various CAF Champions League competitions and won a number of domestic cups and league titles, including 28 league championships. The CECAFA Club Championship has been won by them five times.

TP Mazembe Background
purely pleasant Mazembe was the first sports team from the Democratic Republic of the Congo with a valuation of at least $10 million. It was founded by Benedictine monks who administered the Institut Saint-Boniface school in Élisabethville (modern-day Lubumbashi), in Katanga Province.
The missionaries decided to create a football team for the students’ Boy Scout troop in 1939, and they named it Saint Georges FC in homage to the Scouting movement’s patron saint.
