There are three choices:

1. craigslist 2-way Email Relay is available. Your actual email address is used to relay responses.
2. Your email address may appear in your post just like you’ve typed it.
3. There is no email address listed. You will need to include contact information in your message.

craigslist 2-way Email Relay protects both your email address as well as the email addresses of all those who reply to your post. This is a good option and the default.

Although craigslist mail relay can be used, some options may not be available in certain categories. Option #2, for example, is not available if you post in the personal category.
