Each file is less than 2 MB (2048 KB) in size.
Only black and white documents can be submitted.
Only the following file types are allowed: PDF (Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format), DOC (Word Document file), or TIF (Image file).

Step # 1: Visit the CPUT website and click on the admission link> Apply for admission to undergraduate or postgraduate students (bachelor’s, honors, postgraduate diplomas, masters and doctoral degrees), and from there you will be able to make your choice and proceed to the registration, application and upload stage of documents. Step # 2: Register; After clicking on the link in the first step above, it will direct you to the CPUT online application tool, the form where you must fill in all the required information, if you are a first time applicant, you need to register first, first-time applicants are those applicants who have not used the online application system CPUT
Internet before and do not have accounts to enable them to log into the system using their username and passwords. The information required during the registration phase includes your name, email, password, type of program you are applying for, and your qualification status.
Step # 3: Upload the supporting documents; Each person applying for a new qualification must submit the required documents (all first-time applicants and CPUT students beginning a new qualification).
The due date for uploading the required documents is the closing date for applications.
Any documents submitted after the application deadline will not be accepted. CPUT does not provide scanners or electronic devices. Please ensure your documents are scanned and uploaded to an electronic device before starting the application process.
Step # 4: Application Fee Payments: Pay the application fee as soon as you receive the student number from the CPUT, the CPUT fee R100 and R150 (late applications) for online applications and R185 for paper copy applications (only hard copy requests will be considered in exceptional cases).
Use the student number you receive from CPUT and the application fee reference number (ie STUDENTNUMBER 5370810030). Your application will only be accepted and processed upon payment of the fee.

Step # 6: Submit your completed application: In order to successfully complete the application; The applicant must complete all steps from the home page to submit your application.
