How to Remove podcasts on Spotify or unlike them or flag them inappropriate?

Remove podcasts on Spotify or unlike them or flag them inappropriate;- Please please please make the start screen customizable. When I open the app on my PC or my phone, I am met by an overview of music/artists/playlists I have absolutely no interest in. Make these go away, please.

They put me in a bad mood. I want the start screen to be customizable, or alternatively go straight to “your artists” or some other page to be selected by the user.

Also, don’t make the wrong assumption that a persons musical interests is necessarily connected to where he/she is in the world or what language that person’s OS uses.
