How to get proof of payment from the Nedbank app
- Login to Online Banking.
- Select Pay in the top menu.
- Select the required transaction listed in Your recent payments (applicable for payments made in the last 90 days).
- Select Share Proof of Payment
- Choose Email or SMS
- Enter the email address or phone number
- Click Send
