- Receptionist Duties:
- Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Clerical Tasks:
- Manage correspondence and schedule appointments.
- Perform data entry and file management tasks.
Qualifications:
- Personal Appearance: Neat and well-groomed.
- Personal Hygiene: High level of personal hygiene.
- Phone Etiquette and Communication Skills: Excellent.
- Experience: Experience in receptionist duties and customer service.
- Clerical Skills: Strong data entry and file management skills.
- Multitasking: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Attitude: Positive and friendly.
- Office Equipment: Proficient in using office equipment, such as computers and printers.
- Language: Fluency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
- Industry Experience: Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is beneficial.
