Learner Placement by Schools [1 October- 31 October ]
During this period, parents will receive placement offers via SMS. When places become available, parents may receive offers from all of the schools they have applied to. The system will notify parents if no other offers are available. Parents are advised to accept every offer within 7 days or they will lose the offer. The last accepted offer will cancel all previous offers
Placement of Non-Single Learners by Region – [23 October – 30 November]
During this period, all learners who cannot be enrolled in the schools to which they applied due to filling all places or because they do not meet the admission criteria, are placed in schools with available space.
