November 2019’s overall pass rate is 20,72 percent, which means that nearly 80 percent of students who registered for November 2019 O-Level exams FAILED! Dr Lazarus Dokora, Minister of Education, expressed satisfaction with the 20.72 percent pass rate, arguing that it was higher than last year’s 18.4 percent pass rate.
