Register for a New MySGI Online Account
To register for a new MySGI account, follow these steps:
- Go to https://mysgi.saskatchewan.ca/MySGI/Register.html
- Fill out the form with your personal information, including your first and last name, date of birth, and address.
- Click “register” to continue with your registration.
- Enter an email address that you can access regularly, because you’ll need to log in with this email address every time you use MySGI or visit any SGI website (including [email protected]).
- Click submit when finished filling out the form! You should see a confirmation message at this point saying “Your account has been created successfully.” If not, try again; there was probably an error in your registration details that we need to fix before proceeding further.* Please note: You will receive an email shortly after submitting our online sign up form confirming that we have received it and outlining the next steps for completing this process.*
- To continue creating your profile: Log into [email protected] using the same credentials used above (the username is ‘username’ and password is ‘password’). On this page select “My Profile” from drop down menu located on top right side corner of web browser window.*
- Next step would be clicking on “Login Credentials” tab located under “Personal Information” section at bottom part of page then fill out required fields accordingly by providing personal information such as Name & Email Address along with other relevant details like Date Of Birth etcetera…

- Enter your username or email address and click on the “Log In” button.
- If you are not able to log in, try resetting your password by clicking on the “Forgot Password” link found on the login page and follow instructions given there to reset your password.
- If all else fails, contact MySGI Customer Support via email ([email protected]) or phone (1-800-922-0477) for more help!
MySGI Forgotten Password Reset Steps
To reset your password, follow these steps:
- Visit https://mysgi.saskatchewan.ca/MySGI/Login.html
- Click on “Forgot Password?”
- Enter your email address and click on “Reset Password” (this will send you an email with a link to reset your password).
- Once you have received the email notification, click on the link provided in it to set up a new password for your account.
- Enter your new password in the box provided and then click on “Save”

- Enter your SGI number and password
