The Professional Regulation Commission’s Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) has the most test takers. Typically, this test is given twice a year in March and September.
As a result of the PRC’s use of the Licensure Examination & Registration Information System (LERIS), all applicants must now submit an online application.

Who is eligible to sit for the teacher licensure examination? What qualifications are needed to take the test? The criteria for the LET in 2023 are as follows:
General Capability
A Filipino citizen or an alien whose nation has reciprocity with the Philippines may apply, as required by RA No. 7836 as amended by RA 9293.
A potential candidate must be at least 18 years old.
The applicant is morally upright, has a good reputation, and upholds moral principles.
