Various Jobs at Ministry of Lands and Human Settlements Zanzibar
1. Land Surveyor Grade II “Position 4” Unguja and “Position 2 – Pemba
Qualifications of Applicants:
• Be a Zanzibari.
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Geomatics or Geoinformatics from a College recognized by the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar.
2. Land Officer Grade II “Position 3” Unguja
Qualifications of Applicants:
• Be a Zanzibari.
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Land Management and Valuation (Real Estate) from a College recognized by the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar.
3. Building Estimator Officer Grade II “Position 2” Unguja
Qualifications of Applicants:
• Be a Zanzibari.
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Quantitative Surveying from a College recognized by the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar.
4. Urban Planning Officer Grade II “Position 3” Unguja
Qualifications of Applicants:
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning (B.S in Urban and Regional Planning or B.S. in Regional Development Planning) from a College recognized by the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar.

The applicant is requested to submit his / her application directly to the Office of the Public Service Commission located at Law House Mazizini Zanzibar on the Sixth (6) Floor during office hours. Applicants in Pemba are requested to submit their application to the Office of the Public Service Commission – Gombani.
Application Letters should be accompanied by the following: –
a) Certificate of Completion Certificate
b) Certificate of National Examination Certificate (Secondary Education)
c) Birth Certificate Shadow.
e) One (1) Photo of Passport Size recently shot.
f) N.B: If he submits a ‘Statement of Result’ or a ‘Progressive Report’ his application will not be considered.
