RESULTS FOR RE- MARKING OF PRE-REGISTRATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXAMINATIONS CONDUCTED IN OCTOBER 2022

The Council is hereby release results for five (05) intern pharmacists three (03) pharmaceutical technicians and one (01) pharmaceutical dispenser who applied for re-marking of their pre-registration and professional examinations conducted in October 2022 as per Section No. 14(1) of the Pharmacy Act, Cap 311 as shown in the table below:

NOTE

  1.  Candidates who have passed all three (3) examinations shall be required to apply for registration, enrolment or enlistment through form PCF1 available at www.pc.go.tz
  1. Candidates who have supplement one or two examinations shall be required to pass the failed examinations within two years from the first sitting. If they wish to re-sit the failed examinations shall apply for next examination which is scheduled on 27th – 28th October 2021 through provide link available at www.pc.go.tz;
  1. Candidates who failed all the three (3) examinations and wish to re – sit, shall apply after six (6)months from the first sitting; and
  1. Candidates who have disqualified from the examinations shall be required to re-apply after one (1)year.
