Address verification request declined
These are reasons could lead to the decline:–
The statement is not on the name of client, not the same like yours. Also, no street (street, plot, block, house) address, no mailing (no PO Box) address identified.
Please submit another certified document for address verification. Proof of address is a high-resolution copy of a receipt of utility services payment, or an affidavit or a certified bank statement, containing the full client’s name and the actual place of residence.
This document should not be older than 3 months from the date of filing.
